Nice work and composition.
It looks kinda of different (in terms of composition) between the top and bottom of this work.
On the top, there is a dramatic skyline and clouds which is complement by the moon crescent as if this guardian of our planet is helpless towards this befall Apocalypse.
However, on the bottom, there is a break of dawn through the clouds which brings light and life to the tree, esp when the strong light is reflected over it's green canopy.
Perhaps this is the call for Hope and Persistence within ourselve during times of despair and struggles..

Just my thoughts and interpretation..

Yep, same here!! same weather. It just looks like summer is over at this moment.
And yes, I'm glad too we had those warm days. Now days are running shorter again we just have to make the best out of it.
